B.A. in Psychology from the University of Oregon, Honors College, in 1971.
Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1978.
Internship at the Texas Research Institute of Mental Sciences in the Medical Center in Houston, Texas, 1973-74.
LICENSURE:
Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Oregon from 1981 - March, 2018
